consulting services designed to optimize
your manufacturing processes.
Seamless Machining Workflows
Our solutions are tailored to ensure that your machining workflows operate seamlessly, saving time and enhancing overall productivity.
Offset Tracking
Our unique Offset Tracking Macro allows for simpler set ups, a lot of flexibility, and can dramatically improve positional accuracy on multi-axes equipment.
Intelligent
Engraving
Automated
serialization
Our Engraving macro and patent pending approach to automated serialization and date coding is a very simple tool to use and functions across all Fanuc platforms including Haas.
*Programming assistance available.
Automated Efficiency Tools
Discover our cutting-edge automation tools that simplify complex machining tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Probing
Our Probe routines are developed to run on all Fanuc platforms with Macro B functions and designed for production style atmospheres with a focus on machine accuracy and productivity.

Using a rotating spindle and same trigger point almost guarantees centerlines, (depending on spindle tram), our calibration routine also guarantees backoff and 2nd touches are done in minimal amount of time (<1.5sec)

We also offer Probe programming services, from picking up parts and setting work coordinates to in situ inspection on equipment, very reasonably priced for your convenience with quick response and delivery times.
Hole
making
Our Hole Making routines make for easier and much quicker programming with the ability to use variables for on-the-fly adjustments with the Probe!
We have a variety of Hole Making routines from Gun drilling to Helix Milling, to spiraling out large diameters.
There are also special drilling cycles intended for self-centering drills like 3flt drills with slow entry then full speed and option to slow down on break thru.
Large diameter routines that spiral outward to desired diameter with option of helix boring down or plunging down in Z per step.
Helical Boring or Slotting with feed rate adjuster to adjust feed for straight line equivalent
We have many different available options with many uses making programming at the control a lot quicker and easier for most individuals
Thread
Milling
We have developed a simple spreadsheet explaining how threads are dimensioned and why programmers always have issues making threads of different sizes and pitch come out good with the same cutter comp. The spreadsheet will display all pertinent information for making a thread including the major or minor programmed diameter per whatever size and radius is on the tool. It will also display in red if the radius is out of spec and too big to fit in the root of the thread.
Our Thread Milling routines allow users to make good threads on the first try, without the need of operator adjustments or intervention.
Paperless
In Today's information age, the accessibility to information is essential to productivity and control of that information is vital to stability. Every machine shop is unique in how they handle information and documentation. This inherently leads to Tribal knowledge being engrained in the processes and time lost looking for documentation.
There are multiple software companies offering software/services for taking a factory paperless. The problem is they will control the information in their system and once migration is done they will have leverage over your company, no license payment will mean no access. We've developed a system that integrates a machine shops current documentation protocols into a friendly interface for simple access at point of use, all by using off the shelf software. This we feel is the only way to get the accessibility needed to be competitive while maintaining the control over the information with no recurring costs, which could have multiple zeroes depending on size.
